For the second time in one day, County Commissioner Doug Smith was put on the hot seat to answer questions about the $13.5 million lawsuit. Smith first spoke to a standing room only crowd at the Eggs N' Issues breakfast hosted by the Grove Area Chamber of Commerce on Thursday.
Delaware County officials gathered to answer questions from citizens about the lawsuit.
