City leaders question lack of siren activation

JAY — A meeting is planned for April 26 with Jay leaders to review the city’s current tornado siren policies, according to city officials.

The community has several tornado sirens but none were activated on April 18 when an EF-2 tornado slammed into the Butler community in eastern Delaware County.
